Welcome to Ivory & Loom! My name is Michelle Goud, I’m a Kansas City hairstylist and I started behind the chair in 2012; advancing my skillset, visiting New York City and Los Angeles for certifications, and participating in numerous education classes a year with artists from L’Oreal Professional, Bellami*, and Redken**. I have also had the pleasure of sharing my knowledge, mentoring multiple associates in the early stages of their careers. My craft is in blonding, lived-in color, and extensions. Together, we will talk goals, and make sure your end result isn’t just a look you love, but something that also works well with your features and lifestyle. Outside of the salon, I am a wife and mom. In my free time, I love to travel, listen to music, read, watch garbage reality tv, and I’m always looking for a new coffee shop or restaurant in the metro! See parking instructions for specific direction. ⸻ PARKING Street Parking Available on surrounding streets when open. Enter through the front of the building labeled “Sola” (facing The Mixx), then walk down the left hallway, and 216 is second to last on the right. OR Garage Parking Free parking is available on Level 1 (look for large green “1” pillars). Enter through doors labeled “Visitor Parking,” then follow Sola signs inside to the studio hallway. Once inside Sola head down the right hallway, 216 is second on the left. ⸻ ARRIVAL Sola Salons is a collection of private studios, so there’s no need to check-in with a front desk. When you arrive, come to Studio 216. If I’m finishing with another guest, please have a seat in the hallway, and I’ll let you know as soon as I’m ready! CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect both my time and other guests, the following policy is in place: • 10+minutes late → appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled (full charge may apply) • 24+ hours notice → 0% of the scheduled service • Less than 24 hours → 50% of scheduled service • Same Day Cancellation & No-shows → 100% of the scheduled service, repeat offenses may require non-refundable deposits. Of course, life happens, if you’re running late or need to make any adjustments, please reach out as soon as possible.
